How much will shipping cost?
This varies depending on where you are, how much you order, and how fast you want it delivered. You can use our automatic shipping calculator to determine your shipping costs before you place your order. Just place whatever you are interested in purchasing into your shopping cart. The calculator will then appear on the cart. Just select your country (and state, if applicable) and click calculate. You will be shown various shipping options available to you. -
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes. We currently ship all orders from the United States to almost every country in the world. -
How long does domestic shipping take?
This depends on several factors. For orders shipping to addresses within the USA, if all items in your order are in stock at the time you place your order, it will ship within one business day. That does not mean that your order will necessarily arrive the day after you place your order, that just means that it will leave our office within one business day. From there, shipping time will depend on the method of shipping you selected. Please note that for some areas of Alaska, deliveries with One-Day or Two-Day shipping may require an additional day for delivery. -
How long does international shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select at the point of checkout, but are generally as follows:- Standard: 8-12 business days
- Express: 5-7 business days

How can I find out my tracking information?
You can just click on the "LOGIN" button at the top of this page. Log in to your account, and you should see a link to track your order in the 'Shipped Orders' section of your 'My Account' page. Keep in mind, if your order shipped via USPS, then you do not have a tracking number, but a delivery confirmation number. This information will only be updated at the time of delivery. -
If I place an order for an out of stock item, will I get the rest of my order shipped to me first?
If any portion of your order is out of stock, we will wait for the out of stock items to arrive before shipping any portion of your order. -
Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account (click on the "LOGIN" link at the top of this page) and view the status of your order in your order history. If your order has shipped, you should be able to click on the tracking link to determine where it might be. -
Why don't you ship to my country?
If you do not see your country in the drop-down list on our address form, please contact us via our help request form and we can get it added.
